LAUNCHING THE ARTISAN PRODUCERS OF THE SERRANIA DE RONDA

El Lago, immersed in the preparations of the different acts to celebrate its 20th anniversary, has brought together four craftsman from the Serranía de Ronda. These craftsmen have not only not forgotten and continue to follow their birthplace customs and traditions they have also helped launch one of the most innovative and exciting projects in the modern gastronomic movement.

They are experts in their respective fields which consist of wine, cheese, cold cuts and extra virgin olive oil manufacturing and production where they only accept excellence. They have brought a much needed transformation for the high cousine movement and a call to help bring more attention to the countryside from el Lago, the catalyzer of fine cuisine in Malaga and the whole of Andalucía. The group consists of the Pablo Chachón brothers from Bodegas Samsara, David from the extra virgin olive oil manufacturer Manzara, Juan Ocaña from Sierra de Crestellina a craft cheese maker and Francisco Rodríguez executive of Ibéricos Aro.
