El Lago´s fantastic Valentines proposal

Restaurant El Lago has prepared a special offer of 95€ for this Valentine 2012 which includes the tasting Menu at the Restaurant and one night in the beautiful studios of the golf resort in which Clubhouse the restaurant is situated. As well the offer includes the next days breakfast with a bottle of champagne. You can also enjoy just the dinner for the price of 70 euros. As well those who want to celebrate Valentine at Restaurant El Lago will have the pleasure of enjoying its renovations. Diego del Río chef of the restaurant El Lago, situated in Elviria Hills, has prepared a very emotional Valentine’s Menul, with an Andalusian accent, colors and textures of unforgettable passion. In this Valentine’s Menu obviously the chicken puff pustry can not be missing as it is one of the internationally famous dishes of the restaurant, which is preserved in the Menu since it opened almost twelve years ago.

This menu consists of three starters, a tasty meat dish and a special dessert, inspired by the beautiful Guadalhorce Valley located on the back of Marbella.

  • marinated chicken in puff pastry with foie gras and caramelized apple.
  • Smoked salmon tartare with roe, mustard emulsion and sherry vinegar.
  • Grilled octopus baked potato with sour cream and truffle.
