The Restaurant El Lago presents the Route of Taste
PROGRAM: Friday: Arrival and accommodation.
Saturday: 9.30 – Departure from Greenlife Golf accompanied by Paco Garcia and Diego del Río. 10.00 – Breakfast in the artisan bakery El Colmenero of Alhaurin de la Torre, museum visits, reporting on production of artisan bread and tasting of loaves. 12.00 – Visit to the organic Finca “Huertas Viejas de Coin”Explanation of the ecological production system tasting fruits and vegetables. 13.30 – Visit to The production of cheese Hortelana. Explanation of the production and tasting of the artisan cheese.
15.15 – Arrival at Greenlife Golf and lunch at the Restaurant El Lago. 18.30 – Gastronomic speech including preparation in the kitchen of two of the dishes from the Tasting Menu with Chef Diego del Ríor. As a present each personreceives an apron of El Lago and a written copy of the recipes which have been cooked. From 21.00 – Tasting Menu with wine
