Hotel Escuela Bellamar (Marbella), Le Corden Blue (Paris), Westminster Collage (England) was the academic journey of Diego del Rio before retuning to Marbella and the El Lago team, where he had previously been service chef and assistant head chef. He continued his professional career in La Escencia Restaurant (Hotel Incosol) and Hotel Caledonia Golf to finally settle back at El Lago in March of 2008 as MASTER CHEF. |
