Maria Jose Aguilar - Maitre
This young Sevilla’s girl , formed as well at the hostelry school of Malaga La Consula, belongs to the 9th promotion of Maîtres. During 2 years she worked at the Caserio de Agaudulce (Sevilla), she also collaborated with hotels like Marbella Club and Puente Romano and after her graduation she went to Germany to practice. Back to Spain in 2001, she joined El Lago team , where she developed an important part of her professional career.
