Paco García - Manager
Issued from a family related to hostelry and part of the 2nd promotion of the hostelry school of Malaga, La Consula, where he discovers his passion and vocation for this profession. After his studies he went to practice in different restaurants and hotels on the Costa del Sol, Scotland and Germany. Back to Spain and after 2 years up front at Los Sardinales restaurant, he brought up his own business together with his brothers. Since year 2000 he is manager at El Lago restaurant.
